Hammonasset is a state park I’ve visited a bunch of times, but mostly to swim at the beach. Recently I went to the state park to experience other parts of it. I drove to the Meig’s Point Nature Center to do some exploring. The nature center was closed unfortunately. Lots of people were camping at the campground and walking the trails, popular activity even for a Monday!
