We all have them, basic white t-shirts. Sometimes they have a graphic on them, sometimes not. Other than just wearing them to exercise in or wear under a sweatshirt, let’s wander around the idea of making more style use out of them.

With a Blazer or Jean Jacket
I shared this look before, here. My RBG t-shirt, with a solid black design, basically matches with everything. Styling a t-shirt with paper bag style pants or shorts looks best with the shirt completely tucked in.

With A Skirt
I decided to take a graphic T and make it look fancier with a pleated skirt. Tying the T into a side knot gives you a more slimming look. I wore this look to our local zoo for a morning and was very comfortable.


I think one key with styling a white t-shirt is to not overthink it! It doesn’t always have to match or make sense 🙂
