This was my first visit to Elizabeth Park during rose season and let me tell you, I’m mad at myself for waiting this long in my life to visit! The place is an absolute magnificent mind relaxing destination. The rose smells, the colors, I’m still in awe. If you are in Connecticut in June (or in the summer months even), please visit Elizabeth Park in West Hartford.

I did some twirling and stopped to smell many of the roses. At one point I threw my phone in my bag to stop myself from taking pictures and just enjoy the aura of the place.
