As the years go on I’ve come to realize I need to wear more supportive shoes to keep myself aligned correctly. After my ski injury last winter, this need has increased. If I wear flats or too high of a heal I get knee, hip and neck pains. Ugh.

Luckily low profile sneakers are both supportive and stylish! In all honesty, I put arch supports in most of my shoes these days. When you see me in boots or any closed back shoe I’m likely also wearing arch supports in them. I have two sets of these ones; I can switch them in and out of shoes as needed. They work great! The link goes to Mens but as long as you get the correct size the gender type doesn’t matter.
