I’ve been on the physical therapy train for my injured knee and I have realized I need to be wearing sneakers most days for the foreseeable future. I need the stability in my leg in order to have the best and quickest healing. Prayers to that.

So technically I wouldn’t call Keds sneakers, but they do a decent job of supporting my leg for a few hours ~
